This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, films and images are served from our own hosting. What remains is described below.

Hosting and access logs

The site is delivered by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), from servers that include locations in the EU. When you open a page, the provider processes the technical data every web server needs to deliver it: your IP address, the time of the request, the page and files requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This data is used to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a working and secure website) and is kept only for as long as that purpose requires. The provider processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process the data you send (your address, your message) to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the matter is open and as long as the law requires.

When you follow a link to another site (for example naso42.com or badelix.app), that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia, Cyprus.
